However, the true highlight of our stay was the owner, Rogelio. Our flight to Asturias arrived late, causing us to return to the airport to collect our rental car the next day. Rogelio graciously offered to drive us to the airport as he also had something to do in the town. But the journey didn’t end there. He took us on an impromptu tour of the town, sharing fascinating insights about local architecture and the rich history of Asturias. This personal touch added a layer of depth to our understanding of the area, enhancing our overall experience. Rogelio’s dedication to ensuring we had the best possible experience in Asturias was truly remarkable. His passion for his hometown was infectious and added a unique dimension to our trip. The culinary offerings at the hotel deserve a special mention. The food was nothing short of spectacular, with the breakfast standing out as a particular highlight. Good location. Room had an innovative heating method with the heater embedded in the wall between the room and the bathroom, and the temperature was easy to adjust. Much appreciated after a long cold walk.

Convenient location for an overnight stop while cycling the Camino Nortes. Clean modern bedroom. Helpful staff, we arrived at 3.45 and there was no problem ordering lunch which was excellent and great value. The restaurant closed at 6pm.

We had a 2 bedroom room which had lots of space for us and our 2 children. It was clean and the directions to find it/access to free parking was great. Close the town - all the shops and restaurants.

We couldn’t stay at the property because the room we booked was occupied. They give us a new room in another hotel, 5 mins away by car from this one. the hotel was much worst, we didn’t have any discount considering we pay the room based on the price of the other hotel. Also no discount for the mistake. However, they were nice and I’m sure this won’t happen anymore. It was unfortunately a misunderstanding about dates.
