Everything the food, hospitality and staff were absolutely first class. A big thank you for the room upgrade to a suite from Jordie and thank you Paula for her pleasant welcome at breakfast. The pool area was fabulous and the beds so comfortable as were the cocktails!!! Lovely and quiet and relaxing will definitely be back.

Helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable bed and very clean. The pool area was lovely and just a short walk to a small beach. A convenient bus stop just 3 minutes away. Breakfast was good but was the same every day.

We know the location well, the marina area is undergoing a massive upgrade. The cafes, shops etc were open. However the noise from the lorries coming and going made our visit much shorter than usual.

One of the best places to be in Mallorca.
One of the best places to be in Mallorca. I highly recommend to stay in Portals if you are looking for a classy atmosphere with a vibrant atmosphere. The port provides various designer shops, plenty top notch restaurants and wonderful views of yachts. It is close to all places of interest, only a short drive to Palma and the airport. I highly recommend to book a dinner in Ritzi restaurant, book a boat to discover the island from the sea. Don´t forget to buy a new beautiful bikini in one of the boutiques in Portals.

Rooms appear to be non-smoking but balconies are not, surrounded on both sides by chain smokers ( we booked a non-smoking room) so the paid-for ocean view and terrace were impossible to use. The hotel needs to segregate the floors at a minimum.

The staff (majority) that i interacted with were very kind helpful (checking in too early, there was a male who offered me the use of the courtesy room to change and use the pool while i waited for 4 hours and the dining area staff, that was it)= in terms of kindness/helpfulness). Besides that, the hotel was not great. Booking shows photos and lists the address of one location, but i got booked into another location of which, the pictures weren't the same and the rooms were super tiny and was essentially a cat phish booking. The doors are paper thing so you here EVERYTHING as the bed/headboard is along the wall shared with the hallway. They also don't provide a blanket so you either freeze at night with the AC or sweat in the heat with no AC. It was a really dodgy hotel and Booking misguides you if you opt to book this as they don't indicate that this "hotel" has two locations and it's a toss-up to see in which hotel you will end up. Also, the terrace my room was blessed enough to have overlooks their storage/shed so don't expect a view, unless you wanted a view of the room next door which seems to be the cleaning staff's storage room.

My family had reserved rooms in two different hotels; however, there was no prior information regarding this arrangement during the booking process. Additionally, an unexpected tourism tax was charged upon check-in. The dinner was expensive, offering a limited selection and not providing ample options for the kids to eat. Moreover, the absence of a hotel car park meant that finding parking on the street during peak times could be challenging. Prior to our arrival, the hotel gave the impression of being part of a holiday hotel complex. However, upon arrival, we found ourselves amidst construction sites and navigating through narrow streets. No gym!
The Family Deluxe Room was exceptionally pleasant and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a delightful array of choices and was delicious. The location was conveniently situated for beach access, albeit requiring a short walk uphill to reach the nearest town centre.
This is a really personal hotel where the staff are the main asset. The staff at the pool, the restaurant and the reception were excellent. The sun beds are comfortable and the pool was really clean with no shortage of towels. The food was of good quality throughout all of the restaurants. I liked the interior design of the hotel which had a safari theme with dark walnut wood in the reception areas. I would probably lose the animal pictures on the outside of the hotel though.
We couldn't fault the cleanliness of the hotel. Overall, the location was reasonable. After a frosty reception the staff tried their best to make our stay memorable and enjoyable - particularly the bar staff who were attentive and remembered previous orders. The bed was a decent size and comfortable, the shower was powerful and the room had all desired amenities including bottles of water which were replenished daily.
This hotel has such authentic Mallorcan atmosphere. It's classical. It's relaxing. It's private. It's romantic. You have a wonderful seaview from any point, our favourite were outside lounge and restaurant and from the terrace of the room. Garden rooms are huge plus, you get the feeling of living in a cute finca, right on the seaside and we could listen to the waves hitting rocks downstairs while laying in bed.
You will like this property if:
1) You wish to stay in the hotel and enjoy the facilities. Rooms are comfortable, pool is great, beautiful garden.
2) You have kids. Staff is attentive, there are kid specific areas, toms of freedom to run around.
3) Spa is important to you. There is a large selection of treatment, which we did and enjoyed and prices were reasonable.
The room is comfortable and fairly good value for money compared to similar hotels nearby. The location is fine, close to a bus stop for travel into Palma or to other resorts along the coast. The pool area is comfortable and it’s only a 10 min walk to some nice beaches. Portals is expensive compared to other parts of the coast, but cannot fault the hotel for this.
Beautiful gardens, friendly staff, two nice beaches right by the hotel. Really great location, close to the tennis courts, not far from Palmanova to walk to the restaurants (20minutes). Plus good breakfest incl. tasty cofee and regular! sized glasses for drinks. Rooms clean and great smelling "Rituals" shower gels. We had a really nice time here, thanks!
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff couldn't do enough for you. We will definitely be returning and have since recommended to friends and family. Special thanks to Jonathan and Lis for being so wonderful and attentive during our stay!
The spa was also amazing, I had one of the best massages I've ever had.
The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of choices in the buffet and on the menu.
The staff was very friendly.
The location had easy access to Palma via taxi.
In the hotel neighborhood there were shops and beaches within easy walking.
Really lovely hotel spotlessly clean, nice staff. Rooms are a good size and most have sea view, best thing is you can get a sun bed at any time of day!! Never known this before at a hotel in august!
I cannot stress on how amazing the hotel staff are. And their exceptional attendance to any of our needs.
They were amazing. Our stay was beyond amazing and I would recommend it to everyone
Everything, location the view and the hotel visuals are beautiful & spotlessly clean
I greatly appreciate the staff who made the stay incredibly perfect for me, thank you ❤️
