Very nice staff, good bar, perfect for cyclists doing the Camino. There was a good place to store your bicycle and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The beer tasted great after a hard day on the bicycles.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, in the old town, which is great for exploring that area. It meant I could go to the theatre & out to eat in the evenings and not worry about a long walk or bus ride back. The area felt okay to walk in alone in the dark Winter evenings.
The room was a good size for one person, well-heated and with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, without being intrusive.
There is a lift, which is always a bonus.
I enjoyed my stay.

It’s a total value for money! The separate balcony with an amazing view, big bathroom and cozy bed with 2 heaters just made my day! I didn’t expect all this at such a low price! The host is also very sweet. Actually I had no plans to stay at Ourense but had no trains available so I had to, I was totally exhausted but as soon as I entered the room, my mood was elevated. The view from the balcony got me interested to explore the city & I found it’s amazing river Minho, the park, geothermal hot springs and the history of this city!
It’s a very good place to stay. 🩷 TV, wifi, heaters, everything is good!
