The hotel is a boutique hotel with 9 rooms.
The hotel is a boutique hotel with 9 rooms. They are adequate but not 5star... our room had a problem with toilet door not shutting which we only discovered when we went to bed. It reduced our privacy considerably and should have been checked before our stay. On checking out I dropped some items on the floor and reached to get them. They were covered in dirt where the floor had not been cleaned/vacuumed properly. I paid for a 5star room and got less than a 3star one. The staff on hand were friendly and helpful and the food was terrific. The chef went out of his way to explain his menu. Breakfast was unique. It all gets served and is an interesting different breakfast. The views and quiet of the hotel are wonderful The central management team have not been helpful in resolving my issues with the room which is a great shame.

In the middle of the countryside, the beautiful architecture of the hotel convey an oasis of calm! We also loved the great service and the wonderful breakfast and dinner! The rooms were beautifully furnished, very comfortable with very good beds and pillows! From our side this hotel is a little jewel and recommendable! Many thanks to all the staff for this great stay! Therefore, clearly a 10 rating!

I’m a pilgrim walking the Via de la Plata and I really appreciated the warm welcome, the lovely room and bathroom, the air-conditioning and the delicious meal from the extensive menu in the cafeteria which you can have at any time. There’s also a shop so you can stock up on snacks, water etc.

Nice that the lady at the reception desk informed us that we could park the car in the private underground parking of the hotel. Very useful when it’s over 40 degrees and the public parkings are packed with cars and people.
