The breakfast choices were excellent and generous, I particularly liked the bagel with lox and poached egg. The coffee was decent - with warmed milk, and the fresh orange juice was welcome. The staff was very pleasant. The roof terrace is pleasant for breakfast and relaxing later in the day. There is no ocean view, but a great view of the nearby cathedral. Good location for restaurants and museums, and five minutes to the main shopping district, the market, and buses (which are excellent in Las Palmas and all over the island). Comfortable, spacious room. Generally a great value for the money.

The room is very simle but nice. Everyrhing is as you'd expect it to be in a hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and the shower provided plenty of water. There's a Pool as well although no one really used it. The view and outdoor location is absolutely breathtaking. You're next to the path down to the caldera as well as a small hill you can walk up to for an equally spectacular view. Very peaceful. The girl working at the desk in Las Palmas was super helpful and friendly even though she wasn't there in person. There is free coffee and water which I really appreciated.

The hotel is very clean and they always clean the bedrooms. Easy checkin and doors are automated. Bed was comfortable and rooms have double glazed windows that helps to reduce outside noise. The best for me was the location, close to main area of las canteras and it was great that I could have a small coffee in the co-working area. The staff is friendly and answers quickly. Excellent place to stay.
