Location of the hotel is perfect. The room was realy quiet and of good size. We had a good sleep and basically everything was as expected. For one or two nights this hotel is perfect.

We loved our stay at Veintiuno, the staff were incredible and facilitated our every need. The rooms are well appointed, the breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect. There are lots of really good restaurants nearby (El Santo was our favourite). Aside from the excellent staff, the rooftop area was our highlight. Lovely pool and lounge area with lots of seating options and an honesty bar. We will definitely be back.

Location perfect.The two guys on reception were extremely friendly. There was a problem with the booking for an extra bed for our son but they fixed it without any complaints. Very nice guys. Highly recommended

When I arrived the hospital was full of asylum seekers and closed !!!! I was transferred to another hotel I did not receive any information regarding this matter until we returned to Lanzarote My husband was very unwell and going to have surgery and thi matter stressed him more
