Staff was really friendly and helpful. Food was tasty, fresh sea food, good location. Rooms clean and tidy.

The location was close to all amenities. The view from the balcony was lovely, overlooking the sea.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and I think that it's fabulous! I love the relaxed atmosphere. There are just enough activities to keep everyone happy without it being an entertainment park. The pool is fabulous, so is the surrounding area for relaxation either in the sun or shade. Rooms are spacious, clean and well designed with lovely balconies, some overlooking the pool area. Definitely request one of these. I was on B&B basis only, but the buffet breakfast was comprehensive and delicious, with a wide selection of hot dishes to order with the wait staff. I particularly liked H10's approach to an emphatic NO to plastic. You can buy a water bottle and refill it as many times as you like with still or sparking water. An excellent idea. All the staff were friendly, professional and efficient, but if H10 has an employee of the month campaign, it should definitely go to Bruno and Marta in the breakfast restaurant. Every day, they were welcoming, professional, friendly and a delight to be with. Top marks from me! An adults only hotel is clearly targeting a specific traveller sector. However, if you fall into this category as a couple or a solo, you won't be disappointed! Absolutely top marks from me!

Very nice room, great view, good facilities

Beautifully decorated and clean room, great location, friendly staff. Enjoyed the roof top with the hot jacuzzi, especially in the evenings to get warm after the windy day outside. Even if hotel was fully booked, there was no feeling of overcrowd, roof top was always empty. I loved the room with the sea view. Local restaurant in front of a hotel is a must try

Loved the hotel design and location just slightly away but well within reach of beach and shops etc. 75 metres to beautiful sandy (and rocky seaweedy beach - tide in not much room, tide out its superb). Miles of natural sand dunes and beaches great for windsurfing or just enjoying the waves 45 min walk or taxi ride away. Great Spa facilities, activities such as painting classes and pool fitness, table tennis and tennis court..entertainment every evening left room for improvement on some nights. One duo I’m afraid to say were dire and audience bonded through laughter. If I’m in a country I yearn for non English entertainers eg Spanish singer/ Guitar/dance not just the same old English chart hits. Great food plenty of variety, ooh to choose what to have at breakfast! Even the coffee was great and I’m a coffee snob. Everywhere was spotless. The jewel in this hotel are the staff. Friendly courteous and always willing to help with a smile. I hope this comes from top management down and appreciation shown because they are a credit to the Barcelo chain. We were there on honeymoon and had a nice touch of a bottle of chilled Cava in room as a welcome. We raised an unusual Issue, Customer Experience Team and Management were on it immediately. We subsequently moved to a room with a jacuzzi on balcony on request this really made our honeymoon as we wouldn’t have been able to afford this for a whole week.. to Svetlana and Juan, we thank you wholeheartedly for your awesome warmth and customer service making our stay top notch. We would come back in a heartbeat and have recommended this hotel to friends already. I forgot to ask - the free shower products and body lotion smelled divine- I wanted to find out if available to buy anywhere.

-The staff were all very friendly & a credit to the hotel. -The Heated pools , although not to the advertised temperature the heating def took the chill off the water , which would have been unbearable for this time of year . So pools well used . -Food pretty basic but good quality on the whole . - Great set up having one quiet pool and one noisy pool which gave people the choice. -Some nice restaurants nearby & lots of shops , central location

Close to street

In such a great location, close to everything - the strip, national park, beach, water park, etc. Bike rental and e scooters right outside as well if you want to go somewhere further afield or don’t want to walk. Shop on site with super lovely staff and just outside the hotel there is a mini supermarket. Staff are always smiling and welcoming in the reception, the restaurants, bars, gym & wellness area, animation team. Everything is very clean in the common areas and the hotel rooms as well.
