What we enjoyed the most was the outdoor hot tub! We were traveling by bicycle so this was great, especially since it was March and a little cold. The apartment also had a heater in the bedroom and in the living room. We kept our bikes inside on the ground level which was convenient. It was nice to have a kitchen too! The owner and his son live upstairs of the apartment and are available if you need anything.

The property is in a 200 year old home with original beams and other features and has been authentically renovated for comfort. There is parking in front of the house on the street. Amazing place to stay. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The location is ideal to visit many great cities around (Ronda, Cordoba, Granada, Malaga,Sevilla) as all of them are around 1 to 2 hours away if you travel by car. They had lots of great tips for us on how to best take advantage of every city. Even though it is a rural hotel, it is just 10 minutes away from Priego de Cordoba which is a beautiful town and has all you need (hospital, groceries, restaurants, etc).
The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated Hacienda style, so it adds to the experience of being in a beautiful part of Spain. Bathroom is also spacious, and has a double sink.
