We sometimes take a train (line R3) from the French border in the Pyrenees to Barcelona but stop in Vic to spend the night at this hotel because it's much cheaper. Then we catch a morning train to the city. No complaints about the rooms, which are very correct. It's all very efficient and clean. The soundproofing is impressive. There's a good tapas bar opposite the station.

The restaurant is great. Excellent food and wine for a reasonable price. Everything is gastronomic. The staff were very chilled out, efficient, friendly and helpful. The pool was a lovely way to relax after a day out. The village is also very nice with a number of architectural villas and nice food shops.

The room was very comfortable, the staff was attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient and central, around 500 meters from the bus and train stations. The area is bustling with numerous cafés and restaurants. The University of VIC is less than a 10-minute walk away.
