Staff was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. We got a free room upgrade without asking which is always a nice thing:). They were kind enough to arrange us a meat to accommodate our special dietary requirements. Our room was very quite, bed was very comfortable and we had a really nice ocean view. Breakfast was really nice and there were lots of both hot and cold options. There was even a omelette station for preparing omelettes to your liking
