Everything, location, room, food, especially how the stuff treated us. Special mentions Jose Andrés who treated us very nice from the first day, and also Manolo. I think the staff here makes the difference for this hotel. Also the room are clean and comfortable, the breakfast and dinner was very good. Very good location. The room was extremely small, no microwave, not refrigerator not iron, not clean ,even in the lobby every you ask need to paid , housekeeping no coming in room to clean every day , TV not work even for locaux Channels, bathroom leaking water , it’s disaster to stay there, was unsafe place for family

The hostel was very clean, the bed was comfortable and private, bathroom was same.
I found it hard to open Key Box outside the hostel to access key for entry. I also found the code lock hard to see. Only for a very nice Russian lady, staying in the hostel coming to my aid, I wonder would I have got in at all.
For those reasons, I will not book The Welcome Hostel on my return journey.
