Easy to get to and easy parking. Everything was close by and the staff were friendly
This luxury, beachfront hotel is located just outside Estepona, on the Costa del Sol. It offers a spa, indoor and outdoor pools and elegant rooms with sea view and a private balcony or terrace.
It is a nice little town, with a lot of beach. Not the yellow sand but a bit grey- ish color. Lots of beach cafe's. And when you like walking you can go left or right on the beach and walk for miles. It has a nice harbour were all the cafe's and restaurants are. When driving there for the first time using sign post information you have to be very alert because when you see the sign were to leave the motorway, the sliproad is there as well right behind it.

We stayed in Duquesa & ate in Castillo de la Duquesa at La Taberna 2 which was amazing & highly recommended for the delicious food & value for money! I’m gluten intolerant & they cooked delicious seabass with salad & potatoes.
We also ate at Romeo’s beach bar where I had a delicious Gluten free pizza & my son had a fantastic pizza there too.
Kinnaree Thai also did a delicious Thai green chicken curry.
The Duquesa marina is picturesque with the beautiful blue lighthouse & the beach walks are ideal.
A castle, parks & beach along with spotting boats in the marina make this ideal for families as well as couples too.
Although we had a car, of an evening everything is within walking distance & the beach is clean & perfect.
