Everything was perfect. Friendly staff. Good location. Quiet hotel and very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. For pilgrims like us the location is perfect. No need to stay in the centre of Baiona.

Location is great. Reception staff great: attentive, knowledgeable. Room spacious. Big windows. Views to the street (old quarter), not to to the beachfront. Beds, soft and nice. Really hot water in the bathtube. Nice fluffy towels.

Baiona is one of the most beautiful areas I have ever experienced. Northern Spain as a whole is a delight but Baiona is absolutely lovely and is a good base for accessing other parts of the north of the country. It is also located on the Camino so is a great base for walkers. The walking in this particular area is flat so is accessible to all. Plenty of excellent eateries serving a wide range of dishes but specialising in fish/shellfish dishes and tapas. Foodies will not be disappointed! Baiona is easy walking, a delight for the eyes and the senses. The walk around the coastal path that takes you around the base of the Parador is superb with superb views of the Cies islands. What a stunning area. Do visit if you can, you will not be disappointed! We were touring and spent four nights there... it was not long enough. We very rarely visit the same place twice... I would go back there tomorrow!!

Nice town.
Nice town. The Spanish stick to the legend that America was "discovered" other than invaded and robbed, but that's just the Spanish "interpretation" of Columbus's journey. Visit the castle. Eat the local sea food.

Good facilities in the town and lots to do in the surrounding area. Would recommend hiring bikes from La Pedaleria - excellent bikes and very good value and lovely to ride along the flat cycle route stopping off at the beautiful beaches. Santiago is beautiful and well worth visiting for the day. Also beautiful mountains and we found some lovely mountain pools to swim in.

The Virxe da Rocha and the views from there are a must!
The Virxe da Rocha and the views from there are a must! The Fortaleza and the route are great, and so is the Castle! You can also go for a walk to the riverfront and enjoy the sea breeze and a fantastic view of the sea. The old city has very nice bars and restaurants, although barely any vegetarian options! If the weather is nice there are many nice beaches around, but if it isn't you can still stroll around and have fun at the bars and restaurants!
We are doing the Camino de Santiago and this has been one of our favorite stays. Absolutely wonderful home/hotel, and the staff was just the nicest. They took our bags up to our room before we had arrived. They upgraded us to the family room which had a bathtub (amazing after a long day at the Camino). The owner took the time to explain the city layout and point out places where we could eat. I would 100% stay here again and tell my friends and family to stay here. Also, the breakfast was very complete and delicious.
Marta and Fernando were wonderful, even going as far as rescuing me when my rental car got stuck on a narrow, one-lane country road. (DO NOT go left out of the driveway to return to Baiona!) Then Marta offered to bring me some hot soup, since I didn't want to drive again that evening.
The place is beautifully set in the country, in a very peaceful environment, with easy parking on-site.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed, with strong, fast WiFi.
The welcome by the receptionist was warm and friendly. She also arranged for a taxi to take me to Vigo the next morning. The hotel is housed in a 300 year old building that has been beautifully re-modeled. Gorgeous setting. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was also clean with modern fixtures. For dinner I went to the restaurant next door; excellent food and staff. The Pazo Mendoza was one of the top two stays in my Camino from Porto to Baiona.
The customer service is very good. They dried my clothes which were wet from bicycling all day in the rain. Peter, the owner’s son, also made me breakfast, which they were not used to doing according to Peter.
The room was a nice size, clean and well lit and it had adequate storage for my clothes. The bathroom was also a nice size and clean.
Peter gave me advice the next morning about the bicycling route to Vigo.
A an ideal spot to stay if want to explore Baiona and it's many beaches
This albergue was very clean ( the room, kitchen and bathroom). The kitchen is small but well equipped ( lots of utensils, a fridge, a kettle and a microwave) and there is a big table to sit and eat at.
The receptionist was cheerful and welcoming too :)
Comfortable room in the center of Baiona, perfect when walking the Camino. Our room was nicely decorated and bigger than we had expected. It also included a fan, which is great for keeping things cool at night. Very convenient for restaurants and also for the beach (just a block a way). Good value.
Much nicer than the pictures suggested. Wooden furniture gave the room character. Mini fridge was useful. Bright bathroom with large window. Strong wifi, strong hot shower, comfortable bed. Right in the heart of the tapas district. I would definitely stay here if I am ever back in Baiona.
This hotel is just gorgeous, quiet and has everything I need. The bed was super comfortable, there was a kettle in the room, the temperature was perfect. I loved staying here after two long days of work. Besides, it is very central so you can make the best of your time.
Very nice, clean private room on the camino which was a nice break from the hostels :) super central which makes it easy to sightsee some of Baiona and there's even a kettle for a morning cup of coffee which was great!
The hotel is on lovely grounds, you can sit outside and enjoy the sun. The staff are great, breakfast is just fantastic. 15 minutes walk to town and the beach. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in.
A nice hotel on the Camino path, sea views and wonderful staff who were extremely helpful and kind.Even went out and found me some chocolate(thanks guys) i would stay here again!
Hotel Arce was very clean, comfortable and friendly. Included breakfast was delicious and “Guapo” was extremely friendly and helpful! The location is also very good
The hotel was in a truly fantastic spot, and the staff were very helpful, if not a little overworked. The nearby Baiona strand was lively and attractive.
