There is not a great deal of interest in Albelda itself...
There is not a great deal of interest in Albelda itself though it is within easy driving distance of a large number of rewarding places in Rioja. There does not appear to be a restaurant in town and, though several bar/cafe establishments serve food, our experience was not encouraging. However the Vinicola Real where we stayed, within walking distance of the centre of Albelda, made the stop worthwhile.
