Very clean, very hospitable staff. Food at main restaurant was good with a different theme every night and the other restaurants were great so alot of options! Very clean pool areas and beach, always available to help and offer drinks. Room itself was great and made up upon request and reception desk always available to accommodate. There were shops in the hotel too which were great for snacks and last minute buys aswell. Entertainment was great when having your evening meal , overall a very relaxing holiday and the hotel and staff made the experience even more exceptional , highly recommend!

Loved the facilities , the beach was amazing and there are many bars opened all day were you can get drinks or food ( some are extra charge).
The entertainment team was amazing!!! all day long there are different activities on the beach and at night as well!
Cleaning team and people at the bars were very polite and at your service. Room were cleaned very well
Food at the buffet was ok and different every day.
SPA service is very good with decent prices.
GYM was well equipped, just need to be kept more clean
Everything is OK. Except that at the end the owner accuses you of opening some cupboard and drinking 3 beers without paying him. Ah, you specifically asked for his approval and left him money! Complaints follow to Booking, which asks you for 200 dollars for 3 small beers. I don't know... is this some kind of drain scheme, but be careful with this stuff!!!
