the All inclusive meals and drinks in the hotel was really excellent and above that the service. the team ( specially Mahmoud and Emad ) and their manager M.Abd Aal are really doing a a great job, working hard to make everyone comfortable. I have two kids and both really liked the stuff and how helpful and smiling they.
The beach is awesome, naturally beautiful, sandy and the depth of the water is gradual. variety of pools which serve both kids and adults. Alex by the kids pool did a great job and Hossam Hassan by the beach also.
The reception was helpful, especially Mohamed and the view and structure of the hotel was really awesome.

In my opinion quality price ratio is very good: despite old style in the rooms and in some resort areas, I found a resort much comfortable for position, welcoming, services, helpful people every time I needed something. Food quality is good, you can always find something delicious to suit your taste. We really liked Brazilian restaurant. Great green territory. We had a deluxe room in bloc 3,room was fresh and spacious, location was fairly quiet. Most of the staff are doing great job! Barmen at the beach bar, Hassan, is amazing! This guy is working non-stop with cosmic speed, always smiling, firendly & polite.
