A small fishing village with stunning views. Located within walking distance of Red Rocks, which is jaw dropping beautiful. There are also very good restaurants in the area, Coral Reef and Poz. The area is safe and survesca good base to explore the northern parts of Dominica.

This is a beautiful spot. Not expansive white sand beaches, but comfortable smaller ones. Escape Beach was beautiful and a relaxing spot. Poz's was great for dinner. Red Rocks was worth the short walk to see from up close.RobertGermany - 10Scored 10

The locals are warm and friendly, we never felt the slightest bit unsafe. Go to the Chocolate factory and to Baptiste beach, all within walking distance. On your way there, if you're hot and need a small break, stop at the "Hot Spot" on the hill close to Chocolate factory and have a talk with the local owner. She's wonderful! There were several places down the street on Sunday night to get locally cooked food...everything we ate was delicious, and the locals are wonderful people. You HAVE to go to Batitbou Beach.....so incredibly beautiful!

The waves are spectacular there, there are beautiful rock formations in the view, and you have a sitting area to eat, a sitting area with comfortable chairs to look out, plus hammocks in another area. We absolutely loved it here and we'll certainly stay here again when we come back. It's not luxury accommodations, but the location makes up by far for any small issues.RobertUnited States of America

We had a private veranda overlooking the ocean, the room was spacious and complete with kitchenette and private bath. Also close to restaurants and mini grocery store for supplies. Hermien gave us so much information about the town of Calibishie and the island at large, and was so helpful contacting Wendy with Untouchable Tours to set us up for several great excursions.AAnonymousUnited States of America

Room and bed were perfectly comfortable, decorated with the owner’s lovely original artwork! Little kitchen set up (I only made instant coffee) Easy walk to a few good waterfront restaurant options in Calibishie. Chaise lounges on deck for sunbathing or stargazing at night. Our host was lovely and the room exceeded our expectations, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge right on the Atlantic Ocean. If you visit you have to go to Batibou beach… Just a 5 minute drive and a short hike away and has to be one of the top 10 beaches in the whole world! Even better the short walk means it never gets busy so it’ll feel like your own private paradise!

The view was amazing from the cottage, lots of place for the children to run about and explore, it felt like a safe place to be especially with having security on until 10pm. Really lovely beaches and friendly people. Having Pascal take us around was really helpful as we did not have transport.

Our host Miss Molly was very friendly and welcoming and gave us loads of help with local information. There is a bar/restaurant right on site. We loved it there. The apartment was very well equipped. It had everything we needed. Also, the wi-fi is amazing... and fast. Great spot for digital nomads.

Very nice outdoor kitchen with a table and a wonderful deck overlooking the Atlantic! we sat in the lounger chairs at night and totally relaxed at the sound of the crashing waves. We recommend!
