This is a modern hotel with an emphasis on style and image. It is in a good location, about five minutes' walk from a local station, one stop from Copenhagen Central Station with trains every three or four minutes during the day. Some rooms overlook the harbour. My room was a reasonable size, very clean and had excellent soundproofing. The room temperature was good. The mattress on my bed was comfortable. The ensuite bathroom included a very large bath with a shower. The staff were polite and helpful. There was a wide range of food available at breakfast. The restaurant overlooks the harbour; the evening meals were good, though very expensive.
