I arrived and booked last minute , the host arranged a key for me from the safe and it was easy to access the room. The Host was an amazing lady, she was very polite , nice and helpful. Very good breakfast.

Upon arrival we got a wrong room, 2 single beds instead of queen. When we got another room we found the towels wet on the floor in the bathroom. The room wasn't clean. At the reception we had a 'I'm new here and I can't do anything about it, you should send a email.
