The restaurant is really nice and authentic. The staff was very very welcoming and friendly! Check in/out was fast and easy. Breakfast was great.

Newly built in 2018, the Starnbergsee Hideaway is located on the shores of Lake Starnberg in Bavaria. The famous Osterseen nature reserve can easily be reached on foot or by bike from the property.

Very pleasant stay, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. The room and bathroom are very clean. Mini cooler is available in the room but bring your own water and/or refreshments. Vending machine is located in the lobby.

I can only judge the food service from the breakfasts that they served in a different room while I was there because the restaurant was closed for refurbishment, but the breakfasts were great. I saw the renovated restaurant on my last morning and it was wonderfully done. The room was spotless and well appointed. A slightly rustic style but it had everything one would need. It would be great for business (as in my case) or vacation. The location was very pretty with a good Spanish style and a couple of Bavarian restaurants close by.

This family-run hotel in Geretsried is a 15-minute drive from Lake Starnberg. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi internet access.
