The hotel looked a bit run-down from the outside. Do not let that put you off. It’s just quirky, which takes nothing away from the fact that we had a wonderful stay at this very welcoming and friendly atmosphere hotel. The beers were lovely, the food fantastic and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was very comfortable indeed.

Amazing location . Very comfortable with a good sized room.
Amazing views. We did not have breakfast but we did have a lovely meal in the restaurant. You can take the funicular from the town centre but this was not working at the time. We took the bus from BismarkPlatz - they run hourly and take half an hour. This was good value and cheaper than the funicular. This was in April. As far as we could see there was nothing in the area to buy food etc but this was not a problem.
