I stayed here on two seperate occasions and both the times I'm really satisfied with the hotel. Everything was very neat and clean. Staff was really helpful and professional. They spoke english which was really helpful for me as I speak very little german. There are tram stations nearby which makes the commute from the hotel easy.

The room had a great view on the main square of Mannheim with a great balcony. The room was clean and the size of the bed and the facilities is very adequate. The moquette on the ground makes it feel a bit old-fashioned, but it is good overall.
