Great sceneries of a small-sized island in the middle of the North-Sea. Very good walking trails on the island, leading to the gannet colony at the north-west of the island. The breeding season was not yet over, and many young birds had to be fed to grow so that they can withstand the coming autumn and winter period. I could take many nice pictures of the gannets at quite a close distance, the large sea-birds were pretty used to the tourists and photographers. At another day, we want for a small boat trip to the neighboring but remote island called "Dune", which has a sand-shore, an airport and a small camping site. We were very lucky with the weather, the forecast was really bad with above 15mm of rainfall on a single day. Luckily, that never happened when we were there. Weather forecasts can be wrong too, luckily.

The apartment on the ground floor is a great flat, very big, superb comfortable, clean,furnished and equipped. The terrace is huge. So nice, would love to live there! Highly recommended, we were so satisfied, thank you very much!

The hostess was amazing she arranged a beautiful cake to be on the breakfast table on birthday morning, there was rose petals scattered on the table and she served champagne. Couldn't do enough for us. A wonderful wonderful hostess and hotel, would highly recommend Haus Rooad Weeter

There are very nice café right infront of the hotel and a shop next to it. Our room was completely renovated and everything was new and clean. There is an electrical kettle, coffee, tea and still water in the rooms.
