Even before our stay people at Ruby Lilly Hotel were incredibly helpful. Due to a bug in the booking process, we ended up with a double booking, both non-refundable. After the situation was clarified (originally we didn't know we had a double booking), they gave us a refund, even though it was only one week before the trip.
