This hotel is the most wonderful place on earth. Everything from the hotel the room view, the breakfast area outstanding. Andrew's was very helpful and a great person, he helped me a lot. If I ever come back to Germany, for sure this where I would stay.

Everything but the weather. They didn't have anything to do with THAT! The staff were very nice. We mainly dealt with Regina, the night clerk. She was great!

We had a spacious two-story, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, three-balcony suite with lovely mountain views. It also had a kitchenette, separate dining area, and an upstairs sitting area. We went to the pools (main pool, whirlpool, and children's play pool) twice a day--there's a fourth, adults-only pool that we didn't visit. The resort is very close to central Garmisch and easily walkable. It's only a few minutes drive (by car or by the hotel's shuttle bus) to the Hausbergbahn. The kids enjoyed the minigolf course, the game room, and the buffets. We've stayed at several resorts in the Zugspitze area and would gladly return to this one.
