The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Most spoke good English which helped us poor German speakers. Our room was spotlessly clean and full of character. It had a great view of the castle and a lovely balcony. Breakfast was really good quality, it was served to the table in a classically decorated dining room. i.e. not a buffet. The hotel is only a short walk into town an ideal location for walking in the countryside. Overall an exceptional hotel in our view.

Breakfast was excellent, the room was good except for bad soundproofing, the hotel was chosen for it's location which was perfect for my purposes.
