The hotel is actually attached to the hotel Sonne, just in front. Hotel exceptionally clean. Staff most pleasant and helpful. Overall a very nice place to stay.

This hotel is located in a wonderfully tranquil but convenient location, in a quiet side street in the center of Dinkelsbühl. Come and stay in this unique and beautiful timber-framed hotel.

Right in the center of Dinelsbuhl and easy walk to everything you would want to see or explore. Breakfast was to order and very good. Room was comfy and clean. Staff/owners were available and helpful. Would certainly book again. Lodging was in a separate building from kitchen, dining and admin building but it was ten steps across an alley.
This family-run hotel and restaurant from the 17th century is located at the foot of the Teutonic Order’s old castle. Traditional half-timbered rooms with elegant furnishings are offered at the Lamm.

This is a medieval town walled in with many towers that allow access to the town. Just about every building is photogenic with various beams, window sizes with flower boxes overflowing with flowers, etc. It is a photographer’s dream. But there are also restaurants, cafes, stores, a large, lovely church plus there are lovely gardens, paths, ponds, and woodlands circling the walls on the outside. It would be good for a one or two night visit. There is hoever little parking inside the walls but many parking places outside the walls.

A great variety of restaurants and hotels within a short walk.
A lovely museum with the history of the town from its beginning and
during the middle ages. Best to leave cars outside the town and walk along the cobblestones.

The hotel property was fantastic!!!!!
The hotel property was fantastic!!!!! Just 4 weeks old it reeks of newness, in a good way. Very friendly staff, they seemed to have a great plan at this early stage for how they want to engage with guests. Almost everyone spoke English which made it very easy to communicate despite the distance from a major population area. The breakfast was included in the price as was unlimited use of the sauna and pool facilities. Not once did my wife complain that we weren't getting our moneys worth :) The warm water pool on the top of the hotel was especially fun after sunset when there are fewer people. My wife had a massage and was ecstatic. She wants to bring her daughter back for a girls only spa weekend. Which brings us to the point of what type of visitors would love this property. Couples seeking romance and relaxation, definitely. We saw couples of all types and singles with their laptops in need of getaway. I only saw one family there but it could be a fun place for them as well.
On the bad side, finding a place for dinner was extremely difficult as every restaurant was solidly booked and required reservation. We ended up at a small place just outside the town gates and well as my mom would say, if you don't have anything good to say just keep quiet. The following morning at breakfast we received the evening menu in the handout. That was a bit of a disappointment as we would have definitely loved to have tried it out. Next time!!
To sum it up, we loved it and expect to return.

Absolutely lovely town.
Absolutely lovely town. Not very touristy, which really allows you to connect with the locals. There was great shopping with many boutiques, great restaurants serving delicious franconian cuisine and great opportunities for photos. I really enjoyed Cafe Haugen, Cafe am Munster, and Vino and Pane. Cafe Central was also fantastic. The town had great hospitality and everyone seemed so friendly here.

Beautiful old walled town.
Beautiful old walled town. Most buildings are preserved and well kept. Beautiful walks all around the many towers and along the riverside. Excellent Tourist Information with guided tours and night watchman tours. For the foot weary there are tours in covered horse-drawn wagons. Plenty of restaurants with several places that serve food they actually cook rather than convenience food. Tiny restaurant with brewery recommended.
Great hotel, wonderful first impression that was maintained throughout the stay. Super room, with the blend of modern and traditional. Parking instructions were clear and accurate, which is essential in the town. Breakfast was super and such a pleasant change not having a buffet, table service felt much more elegant, to match the surroundings. Coffee was rich and plentiful. Overall the experience was excellent from checkin to check out !!. Would highly recommend.
Hotel design and decoration are to be mentioned. Truly a Design Hotel! Nice and practical rooms, modern and spacious bathroom with large rain shower in Superior Room.
Location is just perfect. Walking distance to Dinkelsbühl old town. Easy access by car, just 100 meters from main route, convenient and nearby parking house.
Breakfast is superb! Great variety and quality of products offered. Excellent presentation, roomy and a very clean buffet area.
We checked in without any problems and the staff member on-duty was very attentive and friendly. She also told me where to park, just outside the centre of town. It's a 5 minute walk or so from there to the hotel.
The room was a good size, clean and tidy, as was the bathroom.
The breakfast was really good. Lots of choice, as well as some very good coffee. The waitress was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed.
The hotel is right inside the walls of Dinkelsbühl. The room is spacious; the breakfast was really really good. The staff are courteous and helpful. For 15 euros a day you can get reserved parking outside the hotel which has surveillance cameras. it has elevator too so it would be easier if you are on upper floors and have more than one suitcase. They can also do the washing for your clothes for 15 euros for one load.
The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. The staff was very accommodating and even provided us with some pretzels for the road. Overall, a very good hotel. The bathroom was a little underwhelming and there were no face cloths to wash your body. Maybe its not popular in Germany
we had a quiet room as requested, very clean hotel, friendly staff, central location, parking spaces (public ones) available around hotel (need to pay from 9-19h, except Sundays), free parking available outside center. Full breakfast buffet, good variety. Good price - quality
The hotel is located within walking distance to the old town and town wall. The room (triple) is very clean. There is private garage to park the car if reserved beforehand (garage seems to be shared with neighbouring premises but not a problem).
Location was brilliant. Free town parking very close by. Breakfast was exceptional and hotel restaurant with traditional specialities great too. Staff were incredibly helpful.
Lovely town and a superbly located hotel. Friendly staff and the spa area was nice, with tea, snacks and fruit available at all times. My suite was tasteful and very fresh.
Everything was perfect. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We had dinner in their restaurant, delicious fresh food. Breakfast was great, especially the Kaffe.
Located in the heart of the city, it's perfect to walk around and near to everything.
The breakfast is quite good and the hotel perfectly fits to the "romantica" view.
The hotel is actually attached to the hotel Sonne, just in front. Hotel exceptionally clean. Staff most pleasant and helpful. Overall a very nice place to stay.
Great location with parking nearby though outside town it is within walking distance. Breakfast is superb with plenty of choices and tasty food and fruits.
Very nice hotel, great location very close to the center of the village, everything is perfectly clean, and they have a really great breakfast selection.
