The staff are very friendly and made me feel welcome immediately. There's a secure space for the more expensive bikes and the room with its lake view is amazing. I also like the breakfast very much, and especially the breakfast room with the terrific view

Very nice hotel, brealfast was very good and the room was very clean. Communication with the hotel was also good.

The rooms are much more comfortable as expected when we did enter the hotel.
There was a bit disappointment when we enter the hotel, because of the old fashioned style of the lobby, restaurant etc. But the rooms are actually pretty nice.

Beautiful location and great glamping accommodation in a barrel hut. Glass of wine on arrival so much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and we had such a good nights sleep because it was so quiet overnight. Opportunity to canoeing not taken up though we did walk part way around the lake. Really convenient if coming off the ferry in Travemunde. Parking available close to accommodation.

Very nice and clean studioappartment and a very forthcoming landlady. The surrounding area of Berkenthin and especially the bikeroutes along the Elbe-Lübeck canal is very inviting for both walking and bikeriding.
