The staff I dealt with in the evening were helpful and friendly, despite having to deal with a busy restaurant at the same time. The room was adequate, though nothing particularly special. The fridge with free bottled water was a nice touch.

A very comfortable hotel in great surroundings.
A very comfortable hotel in great surroundings. Lack of tea making facilities and only adequate breakfast is disappointing. Steep hill down to hotel is challenging even if you are fairly fit from Bensberg and the tram stop.
