Charming city with parks, nice buildings, free concerts, festivals..... There is a city bus 3 times in each hour. In tourist office you can buy ticket for one week (very cheap!). Marianske Lazne is a beautiful spa resort. Famous but still relatively quiet. I have visited the town in the summer season as well as in winter. Summer is gorgeous there. Kolonada is a must see. Our favorite spa town/city in Czechia and Slovakia. The architecture is very nice and mostly historical. There is trolleybus public transport (and buses too) and a lot of free springs to drink. It is surrounded by forests and while the city is not too much hilly, there are hills around for hiking and a lot of interesting spots to visit on foot or by bus or train or car.
