The staff was excellent; the room was large and sunny with big windows overlooking the park next door; the electronics were amazing with personalized wifi for the room and motion detector lights. We had to leave before breakfast to catch our train and they fixed a bag of food for us to take with us. It was wonderful.

I liked the environment they made there. As far as comfort is concerned, it is absolutely unique in Olomouc! There is nothing better. Beautifully done with a luxury restaurant which has a connected entrance right next door, so you don't have to walk outside, but you go directly from the room to the restaurant nice and warm.
