The hotel Morabeza conviced us. It‘s a great Hotel Complex and I would say it‘s the best area in Sal. The main street for a night walk is just next to it and also the “Santa Maria Pier“ is only a couple of meters away.
The breakfast buffet is delicious and the 3 pools in good condition. Another plus is the “Dubliner Pub“ only 100 Meter away (football games on TV every night, except Thursdays) :-).

Our sea view room on 3rd floor was very spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable and very big. The staff in the rooftop bar ( which is where breakfast is served) we're really friendly & helpful. In particular Kevin was always cheerful and ready to help).The hotel is situated right in the middle of Santa Maria with numerous bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The beautiful beach was a short 5-10 minute walk away. Sunbeds and shades can be rented at 10 Euros for 2 people.

The Ocean Suites was such a delight to stay at. The staff were amazing and friendly. The entertainment was varied with diffent genre's of music on most nights.
The food options were good and competitively priced and off excellent quality.
I stayed in the Santa Maria suite which was beautifully decorated in local culture themes, ornaments and pictures.
