    Puerto Colombia has a nice weather to stay in a beach house...

    Puerto Colombia has a nice weather to stay in a beach house or private property with a pool near to the beach. Other than that, the municipality is quite small and does not have much infraestructure. I'd recommend two days there.

    Puerto Colombia is fantastic.

    Puerto Colombia is fantastic. The people are gentle, pleasant, and rather laid-back. It is only several kilometers from Barranquilla, the fourth-largest city in Colombia, but it feels like it is a world apart. Some portions of the beach are nicer than others, but all the views are breathtaking. Take some time and talk to the locals while enjoying the beautiful weather and a beer in one of the many small local bars.

    There is a nightclub right next door that plays blaring...

    There is a nightclub right next door that plays blaring music until 3AM even during the week. The night staff is not friendly. The kitchenette was unusable and the room was tinier and older than the pictures indicate. This was NOT a place to stay for work or for a family.

    Puerto Colombia is looking to the future, There are good things happening there that will make this town a boom in the near future. In the mean time, its beaches are beautiful and safe for a good family vacation or for a romantic getaway
