To be honest, this is one of the place I have been (if not the best) so far. Zhangjiajie is a must-see location, and thanks to the staff, my friend and I had a really great time.
First of all, our room was pretty clean and quite big, and had everything we needed.Beds were perfect, super confortable.
What you have to really know is how kind is the staff in this hotel. They were amazing and helpful to us. They helped us organize the trip since there are so much things to see in ZhangJiaJie. They were so kind that they were willing to drive us anywhere according to our own schedule (especially to the activites, parks etc.). Besides activites, we learned so much about this place, the food, the people living here. This place is an experience in its own. Even out of the city, they are always eager to help.
I strongly recommend this hotel, you will be able to meet kindhearted people and have a great time here. It is these kind of encounter that maked a trip unforgettable.

This is a truly exceptional place to stay. Mary, the owner is a dream host. She cooks wonderful meals for breakfast and evening dinner, she sorts out your itineraries and is very knowledgeable of the area. Yuelu is 3 minutes from the park entrance. the room itself is lovely. I have traveled a lot and am hard pushed to find a better place to stay. Mary also has top tips on magical quieter places to visit and my word, they are worth it. I can’t speak highly enough.

The holiday was great, it was my first time staying at this hotel. Clean and comfortable, heated beds (which is important if it’s cold outside). Check in very quickly. The hotel is excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable and had a great view. The hotel is 10 min drive to the national park and they offered a free lift and collection. We were also offered free collection from the airport. The staff make this hotel super special. Very attentive, incredibly helpful and friendly. A shoutout to all of them but especially Kelly who translated everything for us and helped plan our days. I also loved that every time we left the hotel, the staff came to our taxi to see us off. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

I booked here because it is close to both wulinghuan scenic area and zhangjiajie grand canyon. Jack is the man. He was brilliant. He and his brother came and picked me up from the train station, sorted out all of my tickets. Also helped me to buy some new shoes in wulinghuan when mine broke. A really amazing place to stay if you are foreigners visiting the area and need some help with getting around and local expertise. Jack's dad was also a great guy and offered me some tea. This hotel is very good and cost-effective. It is run by Jack. Jack is very good and speaks good English. He tells us how to visit the national park, and he will drive us to breakfast early in the morning. I highly recommend this.
