**Disappointing Experience at Ibis Budget Lugano Paradiso** My recent stay at Ibis Budget Lugano Paradiso was highly disappointing. The room lacked even the most basic amenities expected from a hotel; there were no slippers, soap, or even towels provided. Furthermore, the air conditioning was non-functional, making the room uncomfortably warm, and the electrical outlets for charging devices were scarce. The cramped space of the room also resulted in a lack of ventilation, leaving it feeling suffocating and reminiscent of a prison cell. Considering the exorbitant price charged for such substandard conditions, staying at this hotel is simply unjustifiable. I strongly advise against it and would not recommend it even to my worst enemy.
