Very nice hotel all the staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The kids loved it and we were treated exceptionally well. The breakfast was very good, there was a large choice and one could ask for eggs to be made on the spot. The pizza restaurant makes delicious pizza, we ate there twice and twice were impressed. Thank you to the restaurant staff and to the chef who was very kind with the children. We forgot some items in the room upon check out and Carmen was very kind to organize to send it to us promptly. We will not forget this great experience. Thank you to everyone !

Hasliberg area and Hotels Reuti and Twing had excellent...
Hasliberg area and Hotels Reuti and Twing had excellent helpful staff. Do not book Hotel Panorama, as they closed with no warning and my daughter was left stranded. Booking.com did not let us know either
Location: was reasonably good.
Staff: I only interacted with one member of the staff and she was very polite and the interaction went very well.
General: The apartment was very spacious. We were 5 and we had been told to use the mattresses in the attic but we did not use it and instead used the sofa bed and even without using the attic we were able to accommodate our self.
Nice view from the balcony. Internet also worked fine. Playing area for the kids in front of the accomodation.
The location looks like it is right out of Sound of Music, high on the hill with a direct view of a huge mountain range. The apartment is spacious and everything works well - great kitchen open to he living area. There are custom fabricated knobs and pegs and it has a real old world charm. I never felt like I was in an apartment, it feels like a home and you park just at the door and walk in, then up a few steps in the area where you keep your shoes.
Location and cleanliness. Staff in general are good, however, a little bit of more welcoming personality from some (especially at the restaurant) will be nicer. Stayed for 4 nights, a couple of times I felt not welcome from the way I was looked at. But to be fair, at least 2 from the restaurant staff were amazing.
I also liked the access to the cable car next to the hotel.
Everything was ready at check in, the reception team are very professional.
The room is very spacious, comfortable and cozy and the view is very amazing and relaxing! Barbara always responds to our questions quickly and her sister accommodated us when we arrived! She was very welcoming and she made us feel home.
We will definitely book again when we visit Switzerland next time!
Value for money is correct as for Switzerland. It's a very cosy place allowing to head out for numerous attractions in the area. You can clearly see that the owners/management/staff put their heart into running this hotel and take care of the details, atmosphere, friendly and relaxed vibe of the place.
Hasliberg is a very quiet, beautiful and safe town. The landlord Barbara is very friendly and enthusiastic. The decoration style of her house is a combination of solid wood style and modernity that I like. The room is spacious, bright, warm and clean. Her house also has a very nice garden.
First time we tried a room without own bathroom but as we were the only ones it was not a problem at all. The breakfast was served at a more fancy hotel therefore the quality was very good. They also provided gluten free options (bread and muesli as well) and some boiled eggs.
I travelled with my dog and I appreciate that there was no extra charge. I like the location, it was close to the grocers and to the gondola up to Alpen Tower. I also liked to have my own kitchen. I also liked that the parking space was really close.
We stayed in the tent and what we like was the tent was rather large and could fit our luggage and still have easy space to walk around. The public restroom was good and had what we needed. There were outlets in the tent. The view was great!
The most beautiful, quaint, family owned hotel in the Swiss countryside. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The owner and the staff were very accommodating and attentive. The restaurant was amazing and the food was amazing and fresh.
Very friendly owner and staff. I like this modern rustic style. Very good breakfast. Nice restaurant! Room's humidity and temperature was perfect, very good for sleeping. One of my favourite hotel in this area.
The beds are very comfortable. The landlord explained us everything and gave tips where to eat. It is really close to the skilift and can be easily reached by the postbus. We had really tasty breakfasts here.
The Dutch owners were delightful and friendly. The hotel has been modernized and had a cool vibe in the common areas. The breakfast was pretty standard. No complaints there.
Glamping was a good experience. We arrived late and they had left us the key in the front desk, which we appreciated it!!!
There are nice detail around the hotel!!
