The place is perfect. No negative comments to the house, even the staff/house owner (Allison). She's so nice. See you again next time.

The place used to be a delight, but is now over built with high rises so has lost much of its charm. However, the beach front remains as it was years ago with lovely bars to hang out and look at the views. If you are visiting the Vancouver area and want a little less "urban", this is a good choice.

I have Family in White Rock and know the area well (unfortunately I was visiting for a memorial service which is why I did not stay with them on this occasion ).There are lovely walks down on promenade and pier and a good selection of restaurants there also.In Summer there are usually outdoor concerts at beach especially around Canada Day.I did not hire a car and White Rock is very easy to get to by public transport from Vancouver Airport plus getting to Vancouver itself is easy on public transport. The Semiahmoo Mall has a supermarket and several independent shops, the clothes stores tend to cater for older age group.Morgan Crossing which is easy to get to by bus has more varied selection of shops.White Rock is a pleasant seaside town to stay in for a few days or a week.

Parking is limited.
Parking is limited. We had to park on the street the first night as most spots were taken. The spots open were a very tight squeeze, so I opted to park in the street. The gentleman at the front did credit me for parking for the one night.

The water views and beach access.
The water views and beach access. Also enjoyed walking on the bridge. Would like to move there but the prices are still a bit to high for our budget. Reasonable priced ones are situated in very old buildings and the units are waiting for mayor renovations.

Great place for strolling through souvenir stores and meeting beautiful, friendly people who generally love to talk with you, not just trying to sell you something. All of the people we met were so friendly. You can’t go wrong with a beach at your back.
We stayed four nights while visiting Vancouver, White Rock, and Victoria. Harry the host greeted us warmly, was very courteous, and attentive to our needs during our stay. The house is very nice with beautiful rose and vegetable gardens as you enter the front yard, located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, close to White Rock pier, shops, and restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable king size bed. Harry shared a couple of his home-grown cucumbers with us, they were very tasty. We would definitely stay there again.
This is a wonderful place to stay at any time, but especially if you are in need of somewhere to re-group and re-organize. It is only 10 minutes away by car from White Rock town
centre including the banks, restaurants and Semiahmoo Mall.
It is just a bit farther to White Rock's famous white boulder on the beach.
Grace Guest House is very well appointed and has a lovely kitchen and common area with dining room table and living room.
One accesses from the rear down a flight of steps...it is well lit at night.

Just a ten minute walk to White Rock centre for supermarket and supplies, with restaurants and wine store even closer. We did not have a car and just walked or got on bus at nearby stop (which has link to YVR and Downtown - but get yourself a Compass card). We stayed for two weeks and it was as convenient as being in your own house. The beach front is a gem - do visit the pier.
The location in White Rock was great, very close to ocean views. I loved the beautiful rose garden and Harry, the host gave me a pink rose, which was very kind and special.
A kettle was there for making tea and lovely fruit, biscuits and crackers were provided for breakfast and snacks. The host gave me a cucumber and a couple of tomatoes from his garden as well.
The place is so clean and neat! We loved staying here! Even better than most hotels. And above all, the host Jade is a kind and generous person. She is the best host. I would highly recommend this place if anyone is looking an air bnb in white rock area. It is a prime location and you wouldn’t get a better deal anywhere else.
We had full access to the kitchen, dining and living rooms. We were able to make our own meals whenever we liked and had use of the fridge and freezer to store our food. There was ample parking in the driveway. The location is close to the main street of White Rock and was very convenient for us. We will stay here again.
A bit up hill to the place and it has stairs but the location is to die for. Short walk/hike to the White Rock water front with beach, trails and pear/promenade. It's all of interest including the actual " White Rock"! It's all pretty cool plus the stores and restaurants are along the waterfront/main drag for easy access.
Very good location handy for public transport to/from Vancouver Airport and visiting Vancouver(about 1 hour away).Beautiful views out over bay and to mountains.Comfy bed, secure building.Handy for mall which has a supermarket and a 15 minute walk to the lovely waterfront and pier at White Rock.
The hosts, the premise, the food, the accommodation, and the hospitality. I will recommend this place to snyone going to White Rock. Thank you Jade and Sam. You made our anniversary special.
Wonderful ground floor suite in a lovely White Rock location. Ocean views, spacious suite, excellent bed & ceiling fans that kept us reasonably cool. Good host, decor & cleanliness.
the property is located at an amazing location right across white rock pier. there is some renovation going but nothing that impacts your stay. it’s huge place with a huge backyard.
Lovely home with balcony and great ocean view. Coffee shop just one block away. Bus route a couple of blocks to town centre, 50 minutes to Vancouver and airport.
very nice house and yard. never met the hosts but they were not needed as everything was as expected . Very good value as it was like staying in high end hotel .
