Stay was very comfortable, however some of the staff were very rude. This made my stay less enjoyable.

We went there to take our neice out to Mr. Mike's for her 70th birthday supper. We thoroughly enjoyed Mr. Mike's, the food was great, the service was excellent and they even brought our neice a birthday desert.

Beautiful city a lot of things to see and explore.
Beautiful city a lot of things to see and explore. Two restaurants Montanas and Rickys nice places but due to covid full menus were not available. We were in for a wedding and did not explore much due to having family wedding. The eye sore run down hotel building next door to where we stayed.

We didn't see the place unfortunately.
We didn't see the place unfortunately. Our arrival was after 6:00 pm and it was already dark and foggy. We only have seen the road and close by buildings and the hotel where we have stayed. The following morning was bad too. It was snowy and windy. We're planning to comeback soon, hopefully the weather will be nice.
For my purposes this hotel was in an excellent location (walking distance from my elderly parents), the staff was friendly and helpful, the packed-to-go complimentary continental breakfast was tasty, the wifi was good, and the air conditioning was quiet & worked well. And the bed was hands down the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. I splurged for a suite, and thoroughly enjoyed curling up on the cough in the evenings to watch the Olympics on the big screen TV.
Myself and children have the holiday inn as our number one hotel to stay every 3 to 4 months the rooms are nice and clean and comfortable and nice and big enough for us and the pool never has me worried because it’s just the right size for my kids and that is excellent for a mother who worries a lot about her growing babies if you have a big family like I do then a family suite is just perfect and or the king suite with the spa bath is also great
This is my 5th time at this hotel. Never been disappointed. Keep on coming back for the great service by Mona and her staff. The rooms are always impeccably clean. Communications with Mona and her staff is excellent, permitting us to store our bicycles in their locked storage room.
Absolutely nothing. I saw gangsters outside, a lot of shady people. Just entering the hotel entrance was dirty. Had no choice but to leave. Could not stay there for the safety of my grandchildren who were over to visit for the weekend.
Because of the pandemic they had to suspend breakfast services, but they still offer coffee in the lobby and there is a well-stocked vending machine. The price is awesome. I always stay here if I need to be in Prince Albert.
Breakfast was much better than the average hotel. Love the pancake maker. The reception staff were always very helpful, and particularly so when I had to contact my car rental company.
very good breakfast, is it possible to make coffee
in the breakfast kitchen put them in thermos style
containers, all other hotels do this now
coffee taste that much
Well maintained hotel in Prince Albert, it was easily accessible. We had two comfortable rooms with necessary amenities. Parking was close to the rooms and well lit.
I didn't like it. Because after I booked the hotel and got there to go to our room they said there was no rooms viable even though it showed rooms were available
The price was great. I think the hotel in general could use a sprucing up. One can tell it is an older building. But it was just so economical to stay there.
