For a budget motel it was much more spacious than others. Very clean and comfortable bed. Welcoming staff . Delicious treats on the table when we arrived. Microwave, coffee, machine, and proper mugs for coffee.

Fabulous place! It has so many features, we didn't get to use them all - spa, gym, salon, restaurant, bar... just not enough time. Staff was great, rooms clean and comfy. This will definitely be our basecamp when we travel in BC.

they live upstairs on the 4th floor so the front desk is left unattended ..there was a dirty cum sock in the couch in my room there was only one lightbulb in the fixture in bathroom so i couldnt see myself and there was a busload of teenagers that took over the place so i couldnt get breakfast ...i mentioned all of this and the front desk just shrugged their shoulders and gave hollow platitudes....terrible waste of money

It was great to be in the town I grew up in (my family moved shortly after I left home when I finished school). It is great to see the improvements since I left, makes me think of moving back. All of the town was walking distance from our accommodation, several small beer places, food services and enjoyable walks (all the servers for food and beer etc were very friendly. And live deer everywhere!! I was walking one morning and almost bumped into one, it still didn't take a step, just looked at me. Later another was so still I would have thought it was a statue. It is easy to get around walking, and when driving there are often two or more ways to get anywhere. I hope the road repairs have been completed next time I'm back.Norman - 10Scored 10

Nice little town with pleasant views and good people. Downtown from our hotel was 3mins drive. The falls are a must see and the golf club is a pleasant place to enjoy a drink but the service was not so great and prices were a bit steep. We enjoyed rock climbing, a visit to the ice cream shop and the falls. The Wasa Lake Provincial Park was a nice day trip for us.

This is a lovely town with great recreational options. We biked part way to Cranbrook on the North Star Trail. The downtown is nice for dining and shopping. There are a ton of golf courses. The people working in the hotel and restaurants were very friendly. Great experience!!CameronCanada

Everything you’ll need is there, from utensils to plates and pots. It’s very close to Wasa lake( about 25 km), where you can chill all day long. There’s is a nice hot tub at the property as well as a beautiful garden and some horses in the back. The town of Kimberley is also a short distance away( about 3 mins drive).

It honestly felt like borrowing a friend's cabin for the week and just enjoying the stay. The owners are exceptionally responsive and friendly. And we would recommend their little town home to anyone looking for good value at the mountain.
