Location is good. You can walk around town and grab some food. Room was clean and had AC/ fan, TV, fridge and separate bathroom. Wifi was good and they have a little library if you’re bored.

I loved the views from out the window and how there is a schedule for children to be in the pool. I loved the fact that there is an outside area at the hotel it gives off a lot of freedom the space is big and nice. I loved how they left lots of cooking supplies.

The location was stunning. The view from the lodge was across Porteau Cove. However, there were approximately 20 - 30 seals lying on a platform, which was wonderful to see, but goodness me, they were noisy - all day and night! The lodge was solidly built and quirky. A bbq was provided, plus a gas burner for sitting next to on chilly evenings. Sadly, it rained constantly so we weren't able to enjoy it.
