Nice place and pretty quiet even being close to the 401. The staff were very and nice and accommodating as there was a fair amount of young hockey players in the hotel which can be quite rowdy but the staff chose to place us at the end of a corridor to help with the noise. As I said before..it was very unkempt ..lots of things not working. Hard to find.. sign was burnt out . Lots of stuff in room not working. Carpet falling apart. Morning, Two issues I, had were , the toilets didn't flush well. The biggest issue was no hot water. Let the shower run and run and had enough warm water too shower. Enjoyed the hot tub very much. Thank you Lorna Jess Is there a lost & found ? Left my bathing suit in my room ? #405AAnonymous
