Best Western Plus Regency Inn and Conference Centre, hotel in Abbotsford

The Abbotsford, British Columbia hotel is only 10 minutes' drive from Abbotsford Airport and features rooms with free WiFi.

Very conveniently located hotel tor us. Arrived Vancouver airport 7pm, arrived 9pm - over night stop before onward journey on our first Canadian road trip (towards Banff). Hotel much cheaper than for example we stayed in Vancouver. Room very comfortable, spa bath in bedroom (lovely) separate bathroom and shower. Breakfast plentiful, varied filling. Staff very polite and helpful. Small indoor (slash) pool and jacuzzi and a separate fitness room we didn’t use - but the jacuzzi would be fabulous after a long walk etc. Felt uncomfortable only staying the one night, as the hotel was a means to an end for us yet deserved more from us (I know what I mean!!). Planning on a staying again next year August/September - and with some research hope to stay here for more than one night, and not just an over nighter!

Clarion Hotel & Conference Centre, hotel in Abbotsford

Located next to Castle Park Amusements, this Abbotsford pet-friendly hotel features an indoor heated pool. Abbotsford Airport is only 15 km away.

I liked the beauty of the surrounding mountains; the courtesy and friendliness of the staff; the convenience, quality, and 10% discount to the White Spot restaurant; the easy highway egress and grocery store within walking distance; the nice big new clean room (including couch and comfy stuffed chair), plenty of USB outlets, the refrigerator, free coffee and bottled water; convenient free parking; beautifully designed pool environment and convenient exercise room; the indirect energy of conference activities in the building; and the availability of gasoline and what looked like all night fast food options on the way out to the highway even at 5:30 am!

There was nothing I liked about this place, it's a dump with homeless people and drug addict's hanging around. Grounds are a mess, rooms are a mess. Dirty disgusting place. Don't stay here

    There were no bugs.

There were no bugs. But I did check the mattress and base boards (which were showing many years of wear and tear) for signs. The room was too hot, but once I figured out how to turn on the ancient air-conditioner, it quickly became comfortable. The furnishings were serviceable but chipped and worn.

We left the room 20 minutes after we got there because it was filthy. The owner has been harassing us since we asked for a refund. Even texting us trying to be booking.com This whole experience has been creepy and crazy. She used our booking information to go on this site and write a review of exceptional under our name. We did not write this. They really should be investigated

We liked the nice big room with the firm, comfortable beds and the fridge and microwave. We were disappointed our room was not attended to all the time we were there. We had to ask for replacement items. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we would return.

The photos are fantastic so we booked looking at it and I must say It is more than the photos. Anita put a lot of effort , For the price - its way too much specially the breakfast , its a buffet - eat all you can . and there are about 45 types of different things , lots of meat and salami. More than a hotel breakfast. Bedroom - has everything . The bed is very comfortable. Very nice décor. Wooden floor, Room given was upstairs - and we really enjoyed our 2 nights stay . Will visit again. Thank you Anita for opening your home to us .

The place is clean, close to the airport and the staff were amazing! I had booked a non-refundable room and our flight in to Abbotsford was cancelled and we ended up in Edmonton overnight instead. I messaged the hotel we wouldn’t attend our reservation because of flight interruptions at 3:30 am. I wasn’t expecting anything, but was trying to be courteous. I woke up with a message from the hotel that they moved our reservation by one day with no additional charges! That is exceptional service!

Pleasant surprise to find this property in much better shape than expected. Reviews on-line were not flattering. Other than the (prevalent) lack of courtesy by other people staying in the hotel - i.e. slamming room doors - or leaving their dog to bark in the room while they went to breakfast - our stay was fine. And the continental breakfast that reviewers were criticizing was very good - good options served - clean eating area. Overall very positive.

The hotel itself is very poor. A majority of the rooms did not have number signs, but rather tape on the door with the room number written on with pen. The room was clean, but the vibe of the hotel was bad. It did not feel comfortable to stay in. Was run down and outdated. My husband and I couldn't even stay one night. We asked for a refund and did receive one, which was great. The staff was very understanding. I do not recommend staying here.

We really appreciate the Super 8 because of its great location and is pet friendly. We especially like the fact they have provided a bit of green space for the pets. My only suggestion might be to add a gate and close off the area behind the hotel where the green space is. That way, we could let the he animals run around around a bit, supervised of course.

The bed was comfortable with a fairly firm feel and enough pillows to satisfy any sleeper. The room was large and the bathroom was especially large and spacious for a hotel. The card access worked flawlessly to both the room and the additional entrances on the first floor.
