Caraíva is a tiny paradise in Bahia, for who like the nature will love Caraíva. The people here are lovely and the restaurants are amazing, for a good price. And the best thing that I recommend, Caraíva´s forró is the best one in the district of Porto Seguro!

The owner and staff of Pousada Lagoa could not have been any nicer or more helpful, and the grounds are stunningly beautiful. Clean, quiet, nice toilet. In general enough for two people. The staff was always kind and willing to share more about Caraíva. Location is great even if you are not at the beach front. It's very close to the little square where most of restaurants and fun happens.
