The wide selection of wildlife inside my room.
I've got videos of the three cockroaches I found in my room.
I've left the dead bodies in places a decent cleaner would find ( so they're probably still there now).
After checking the bed & bedding, I pulled the duvet out & slept inside the duvet case like I was camping in a bivouac, which reminded me of being a kid.
As I've never expirienced cockroaches in a hotel before, it gave me a chance to reasech them, and learn a little about them, which was cool I guess?

The location was excellent for exploring all that Sofia has to offer from restaurants/bars to places of interest, the staff were helpful in explaining how to get the various places we wished to visit in Sofia itself and booked a day trip for us to see the old capital of Plovdiv, which we enjoyed immensely even though the weather was a bit damp, it was well worth the 2 hour drive there and back. The hotel facilities were excellent, although we did not have breakfast whilst there (because we thought this was too expensive), the rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities and the shower was amazing. The hotel lobby bar was very reasonable for a hotel and the drinks on offer were many and varied. They also offered food in the bar although we did not have any others sitting near us did and it looked and smelt great. We would highly recommend the Free Sofia walking tour which was very interesting.

The location was excellent. Room was large with a good bathroom and shower. The prices of the minibar was so cheap with some snacks, ideal after arriving late at night hungry.
