Our stay was good. The hotel is quite new which I think is nice as is quite modern. We had a problem with the time for checking in. Our rooms were not ready at the check in time as stated by them. We had to wait for more than an hour for our rooms to be ready. We were given drinks and pastries, still the wasted time won't be back. Rooms are ok, spacious, clean, modern and convenient. We asked for contiguous rooms so my daughters could have their own room. We got connecting rooms which it was more than expected, just little thought about the doors lock again, so had to put a towel on the floor to keep the doors accessible as needed, instead of having to knock on the door every time I needed to go to the their room. Breakfast was ok but scarce, both mornings that we were there we were by around 8-9am and there was not much left (not sure if earlier there was more) in particular the second day we had breakfast fried eggs finished and they never put more. Feel for the family that arrived after us as there was not much left for them to have.

The check-in was really fast, the room was just what I expected, the bed was big and comfy, the temperature in the room was fine. The bathroom was really nice, especially the shower that was very big. The hotel is very close to the metro station, but the Grand Platz is easily reachable with a 20 minute walk.
