We arrived by bike and one of our group had an incident and was taken to hospital for several days. Since the incident happened during the day of our stay and we were too late to cancel this persons room, the manager did not charge the room. Also the helpfulness and kindness of the staff was above expecation.

I am a returning guest because it is a convenient hotel for my work in the centre of Brussels. Close to the motorway, parking for my car, and the next morning only a 5-minute walk to the metro. The rooms are clean, the shower hot, and the bed comfortable.
