The garden was amazing, and the kids could play outside as there was a mini playground. We could use some bikes that were there which was very fun. There are ponies and swans in the farm. The house was very neat and tidy and we did not miss anything.

I drive from my home in Germany to the UK, at least 10 times a year. As I age I have found the stress of the long drive and having to meet the crossing time, too much. So these days I overnight near the tunnel. On this occasion Ostend was my port of call. The hotel is in a good position, an Aldi close by and near to the beach. The staff were friendly if a little stressed. Breakfast was ok
