Nothing , as I m on leisure trip with family and २ old kid, and when tried to check in at that time hotel staff told me there is no booking showing for me. It's strongly an issue between booking.com and hotel . at last as don't have any option to rebook a new room. With not comfortable bed...as previously I book triple bed room..and ended with double bed. Called to booking.com but they r given standard answer..we talked with hotel and will get back to you in 24 hrs..now mummy trip is over and it's more than 7 days ..still no call or message from booking.com ..going forward will think to book it via booking.com and also spread this across my circle..to avoid this mental torture
