Had two nights stay in this nice place. Completely satisfied. The reception contacted me prior to my arrival and offered me a driver to get me in. Was very surprised when someone met in Airport and brought to the place with two heavy bags. I recommend this place 100%

The host picked me up at the airport, as I had requested, made sure I got dinner (offered to pay but I had currency), settled me into the room, showed all of the appliances and how they work, made sure I had slippers. Brought me tea! In the morning, I had rice porridge delivered to my room and then we set off back to the airport. One of the most caring experiences I've ever had!

1) the employees of the Manor hotel put my colleague at risk of loss of life and health, as a result of which my colleague was hospitalized with a damaged head,
2) we lost our return plane tickets
3) I waited 5 hours for the hotel to give me the address of the hospital where my colleague is. I don't know why the hotel did not want to give me the address
4) the hotel staff wanted to extort money from me to pay for my friend's hospital, and it turned out that the hospital is free
5) please let everyone know how terrible people work in this hotel
