Great location, just 10 min walk from the main beach. The room was pleasant and clean, the shower was the best! Well above my expectations. The staff is very friendly and the place seems quite organised.

Excellent communication from the host. Check-in was very easy with a keybox outside the room. Well equipped room with a kettle, microwave, small fridge and even a Nespresso coffee machine which we really appreciated. Easy parking out the front of the building. Great to have access to the Ramada facilities such as the nice heated swimming pool, and the downstairs bistro offered a nice dinner and breakfast (at least on the weekends from what we understood).

Older than the photos show. Big money for a three star hotel feel. Expected more for the price. Needs more pools. So many rooms and guest and only one average size pool. Waited ages for a chair by the pool.

Our check in time was supposedly at 2pm, we didn’t get a room key until 2:30pm. It was very frustrating as 1 receptionist said our room was ready & another said it wasn’t cleaned yet. Merryl and Phil were amazing! Spent breakfasts on the balcony overlooking the Petrie Creek and listening to the numerous birds awakening to the day. Exceptional! If you are on holiday to the Sunshine Coast, do not miss this place, old world charm in a new world often forgotten , spend a couple days or a week, get a lifetime of memories!! 5 star plus in our book!!

When I told the staff they said that as I booked through a 3rd party being yourselves they couldn’t do anything about! Phone in the room wasn’t working. Reported it to staff, nothing was done. Spa was not heated. Very disappointed. And no shuttle buses to go to places. Had to rely on car or taxi . Very disappointing. Not recommending Novotel to anyone.SueAustralia

Plenty of pools to swim at and also have the use of Novotel pool and facilities. The 2 bed apartment my mum booked was beautiful and I would stay in this room in particular again however it was not booked through “The Sebel” it was booked separately aa it was privately managed. Twin Waters is centrally located close to bigger cities like Maroochydore and Mooloolaba with plenty of things to do locally, liek Sealife Aquarium.
